Eleven participants will join the new Dare2Scale 2025 cohort after a record number of applications and a thorough selection process organized jointly with PwC Bulgaria. Among those selected are two non-profit organizations – part of this year’s expanded quota, reflecting Endeavor’s ambition to support not only fast-growing companies but also key players in building a stronger and more sustainable business environment in Bulgaria.

The newly formed cohort unites 19 founders from five different Bulgarian cities, with companies operating across diverse sectors – from biotechnology, artificial intelligence, and robotics to financial technologies. One-third of the founders are women, highlighting the positive trend of increasing female participation in Bulgaria’s innovation and tech scene.

The Dare2Scale growth program will launch in September and conclude in December with a Demo Day. Each company will have access to Endeavor’s local mentor network, whose mentors will support the founders with their entrepreneurial expertise. Additionally, for the fourth consecutive year, senior partners and directors from PwC Bulgaria will work individually with all participants.
