The digital world doesn’t pause – and neither does AllWeb. On November 6, the region’s most anticipated digital conference returns to Tirana, bringing together professionals, creators, strategists, and innovators to discuss what’s next in business, media, and technology.

AllWeb Digital Conference is not about passive attendance – it’s about active engagement, learning, and collaboration. It’s where entrepreneurs meet investors, marketers connect with innovators, and regional ideas evolve into global strategies.

With its 2025 motto – All Attention | All Content | All Creative | All Business | All AI – the event reflects the key forces shaping the digital economy.

“Every year we ask: what’s shaping the digital landscape? This year, the answer is clear – AI, content, creativity, and strategy. That’s why we’ve built AllWeb 2025 around the people and ideas defining this shift,” says Gerti Boshnjaku, co-organizer of the conference.

From generative AI and content creation to digital transformation, media, PR, SEO, analytics, and business strategy, this year’s agenda explores the tools and trends redefining how we create, market, and grow.

“It’s not about watching the future from afar. It’s about building it – creatively, visually, and intelligently. Gen AI is just the beginning,” adds Darko Buldioski, AllWeb’s co-founder and program director.

Super Early Bird tickets for AllWeb Digital 2025 are now available here for a limited time.

Born in North Macedonia in 2012, AllWeb became a landmark event for marketing, tech, and innovation professionals. In 2016, Business Mag Albania brought the conference to Tirana, where it has since evolved into a hub where global perspectives meet regional excellence.

When innovation and the future of digital business in Albania and the region are discussed, AllWeb is where everything converges. This year, two digital pioneers – Nikola Ilchev and Valon Canhasi – will headline the stage with insights that blend vision with practical impact.

Ilchev, one of Southeast Europe’s strongest voices in eCommerce, has spent over a decade building ecosystems that connect companies, service providers, and thought leaders across multiple markets. Through initiatives such as the Balkan eCommerce Summit and eCommerce Academy, he has transformed how online business evolves in the region.

From selling mobile accessories locally 15 years ago to publishing books, launching a successful YouTube channel, and producing groundbreaking market surveys, Nikola has built a career on turning vision into action.

Canhasi, founder of Hallakate, is a social media trailblazer who has trained more than 5,000 professionals across the Balkans in communication, strategy, and content marketing. As host of the 3GO Podcast, co-founder of Keiretsu Forum SEE, and founder of Shkolla.Ai – the first school dedicated to AI-powered marketing skills – Valon merges creativity with data-driven insights to help businesses navigate digital transformation with confidence.

This year’s edition brings a special story of Albanian talent going global and returning to inspire the next generation. Blerina Sanocki and Jonika Hoomes, two sisters whose journeys began in Tirana and took them to Google and Silicon Valley, will join AllWeb Digital 2025 to share how to scale impact from the Balkans to Fortune 500 companies.

Blerina Sanocki, Founder and CEO of TideBorn Capital, partners with visionary founders to scale bold ideas into high-impact businesses. With over 14 years at Google and experience structuring $2.5 billion in strategic partnerships, she now focuses on growth investing and impact-driven leadership through platforms like Portfolia.co and The Bond Fund.

Jonika Hoomes, Founder of Integralis Leadership and former Chief of Staff for Google’s global developer ecosystem, works with high-growth founders and Fortune 500 leaders as an executive coach and strategy advisor. Her approach blends neuroscience, leadership coaching, and strategy to help organizations scale with clarity and resilience.

Their presence at AllWeb sends a clear message: global success begins with local roots and a vision that knows no borders.

Innovation thrives at the crossroads of numbers and imagination – and that’s exactly where Kaido Kukk and Anja Nikolovska stand. Both will take the AllWeb stage to explore how financial intelligence and creative communication drive business transformation.

Kaido Kukk, the man behind the Buy Now, Pay Later revolution in the Balkans, leads the Dealer Loan Program at Iute Group, connecting the fintech giant with thousands of partner merchants across four markets – Albania, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, and Moldova. “Digitalization is not just technology; it’s trust. And trust is earned by making people’s lives easier,” he says.

Anja Nikolovska, Marketing Manager at Pikasa Analytics, represents the creative side of innovation. With over a decade of experience in the IT industry, she combines analytics and emotion to create meaningful communication strategies. For her, data is not just numbers, it’s the beginning of a story.
